These are forms are part of the confirmation packet - the Help Us to Get to Know Your Camper can be sent with the registration form BUT the HEALTH FORM and GALLAGHER/NANAMAKEE Contract MUST BE WITH the camper when they arrive at camp or the bus. Do not send them to the CYO Office.

What happens after I submit my camper registration?

When can I submit my application for summer camp?
Registrations are processed in the order they arrive to the office. If there is a particular session that you MUST have we suggest that you use the online registration for the fastest processing time. Waitlists will be kept for all sessions that fill.

Can I register or reserve a spot over the phone?

We are sorry, but we cannot accept registrations over the phone. However, you can mail, fax, email a scanned copy, or register online.

Are there any additional pieces of information needed if I email or fax my registration?
Yes! Faxed or emailed registrations must have a credit card number attached (there is a spot on the registration form) to pay the deposit. Registrations faxed or emailed without a deposit will not be processed until a deposit is received.

Can I sign up multiple campers on one registration?
Please fill out one application for each camper and each session.

Besides the deposit, is there anything specific that validates registrations?
Each paper registration requires a parent signature to be processed - registrations without a signature will be returned. (Please note: there is a disclaimer on the online registration stating that by submitting the application you are giving your authorization)

Is the deposit refundable?
There is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit ($25.00 for those applying for scholarships) required for every camper.

Who do I write a check to for payment?
Checks should be made out to CYO. In addition, we take VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card and AMEX.

Does CYO have a cancellation policy?
Although we hope that you do not cancel, we do understand that things may arise. Below are our cancellation and financial policies:
1. Final payment must be in to the main office by June 1, 2008 or we reserve the right to cancel your registration.
2. In the event of cancellation, notify the CYO office at least five days prior to the starting date of the session, total payment, less the $50 ($25) deposit, will be refunded. Cancellations after five days prior to the starting date will result in the loss of all fees paid.
3. There will be a $25 fee for all NSF checks.
4. CYO reserves the right to cancel any program for which there is insufficient registration.
5. If a camper leaves camp early due to homesickness, illness, parent request, or for disciplinary reasons, there will be no refund.

May we request a cabinmate for our camper?
Yes! Each camper may request ONE cabinmate in the same grade and camp program. Also, if you would like siblings to stay in the same cabin, please note the request, but we also ask that you contact the office so that we can discuss the role of having potential differing ages in the same cabin group.

After your camper's registration is accepted you will receive their confirmation by email within a week. (Please save this email for your documents) If you do not have access to email then your confirmation will be mailed within two weeks of acceptance. Please read the confirmation information carefully as it includes the Camper's Health Form, Getting to Know Your Child Form, Packing/Equipment List, Directions to camp, Drop Off and Pick-Up details and information regarding the sending of mail and care packages. Again, please save this email as this will be the only confirmation that will be sent out.
