Through a number of resources, programs, printed materials and institutions, the Archdiocese of Seattle fulfills its mission of faith formation and education of the Christian Faithful of Western Washington.  Formation and education involves programs representing the Catholic Church as communicated in The Catholic Northwest Progress, through catechetical  resources, and experienced through retreats, in the Catholic schools, and parish religious education classes.
