Elegantly landscaped and overlooking Filucy Bay on Puget Sound, Far-A-Way Retreat House is a beautiful and unique location for small retreats, workshops, seminars and meetings.
This turn-of-the-century estate has been renovated to capture the beauty of the original architecture.  Inside, high-beamed ceilings, warm furnishings and stone fireplace give a comfortable feel to the spacious living room. For overnight stays there are 8 bedrooms in the main house and 4 additional bedrooms in the Guest House (Tender Leaf Manor) located a few feet from the side of the main building.

Our ministry at The Far-A-Way Retreat House is an extension of the ministry of the Archbishop of Seattle: to serve the needs of the parishes and faith communities of the Archdiocese of Seattle through retreat ministry, hospitality, and prayer.

It is our hope that, as leaders you will take advantage of the wonderful resources available for personal, professional and spiritual renewal that can be found at the Far-A-Way Retreat House.  Far-A-Way Retreat House is an ideal setting to facilitate your staff retreats; small group retreats for men, women or couples; In-service days; RCIA retreats; training; Jesu Caritas Groups; on-going education and formation experiences.
